This website is owned and operated by the CR Beach Barn team. These Terms set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services offered by us. This website offers visitors an online store as well as information about our company itself. By accessing or using our service website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms:

Terms of Use

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

Commercial Terms

By purchasing an item/service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full listing of the item/service before committing to purchase it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/service when you commit to purchase an item/service and complete the check-out process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the products/services shown at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Policy

1. Tour depends on reaching the minimum amount of 2 people. If the minimum amount is not reached, the administrator will schedule the tour to the closest one available. In case the schedule does not work for you, the money will be refunded.
2. Changes in the schedule or refund are accepted only 72 hours prior to the activity

2. Is client responsibility to arrive on time for the activity, once the tour start refund or reschedule is not accepted 

3. Reschedule for the activity is available due to bad weather.
4. Client most follow instructions from the guide at all times, if instructions are not follow the activity will be terminated without refund. If the tour participant causes damage to a third party or to himself. The participant must pay for the damages on their own.
5. If client can’t make it to the activity due to sickness or other reschedule is available without refund
6. The ingestion of drugs or alcohol during the tour is totally prohibited. Likewise, arrive with the effects of these when doing the tour.
7. If any of the tour participants suffers from any illness or syndrome, they must inform it at least 72 hours in advance. The tour guide will decide at his discretion if it is possible to participate in the activity or not. In the event that the tour guide determines that the person is not suitable, he will proceed with the refund of the money.
8. The refund of money will be made within the range of the first 30 business days of the purchase.

Payment Methods

CR Beach Barn. is a sales platform where orders, purchases must be properly paid for. Such payments must be made in advance, by credit or debit card, visa or master card, check and wire transfer for the full amount of the products and related delivery charges, at the time the order is placed.

Orders can be placed through the CR Beach Barn. electronic platform 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Retention of the right to change offers

We may, without notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits to the services. We may permanently or temporarily suspend access to the services without notice or liability for any reason, or for no reason at all.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos.

The Service and all materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of CR Beach Barn. Except as explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works therefrom.

Right to suspend or terminate user account.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use of and request cancellation of your account and/or any service at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be suspended only upon expiration of the applicable period for which you have already made payment.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CR Beach Barn. harmless from any demand, loss, liability, claim or expense (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party against you arising out of, arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CR Beach Barn. be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CR Beach Barn. assumes no liability for (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored thereon.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should check these pages periodically. Preference of law and dispute resolution

Relationships will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica and applicable international treaties. Any dispute, controversy and/or claim arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the appropriate courts in accordance with Costa Rican law.
